Empowered Health Initiative supports underserved communities in Nigeria with practical programs that meet people where they are. We provide health outreach and connect people to care. We back young people with learning support and skills that can lead to income. We also support households facing food insecurity so families can get through hard seasons without slipping further behind. We keep our work community-led, so what we do fits real needs, not assumptions.
Many people live with treatable conditions because they cannot afford basic care or do not know where to go. We run community health outreach, screenings, and simple health education. When someone needs more care, we help with referrals and follow-up so they are not left on their own after the outreach day.
Water should not make people sick. We support safe water access and hygiene education in the communities we serve, with a focus on practical habits that reduce waterborne illness. Where possible, we work with local partners to identify gaps and support solutions that communities can maintain.

Your donation helps us pay for the basics that make our work possible, things like screening supplies for outreach days, transportation to reach communities, learning materials for youth programs, and food support for households under strain.
